These whistleblowing channels are NOT intended for employee grievances, general patient/client feedback, breach of data confidentiality, and cybersecurity incidents. Such matters should be raised through the appropriate internal channels.

MOHH encourages whistleblowers to leave their names/contacts details in case further information or clarification is required.  While anonymous reports will be given due consideration and investigated on their own merits, an anonymous whistleblower should be aware that MOHH’s ability to investigate or follow up on the report may be limited if the whistleblower cannot be contacted for further questions.
