MAS Whistleblowing provides a channel for individuals to report any observed misconduct or impropriety that is committed by an MAS employee. This independent channel seeks to provide reassurance to whistleblowers that they will not be subject to any discrimination, retaliation or harassment. Hence, reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.

MAS takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation where appropriate. Notwithstanding so, reports of a frivolous nature will be disregarded and action will be taken against any person who is found to have made false or malicious reports.

This channel is designed to receive reports of misconduct or impropriety committed by an MAS employee, which may include the following:

  • Abuse of Influence
  • Bribery/Corruption
  • Breach of Policy/Procedure
  • Bullying/Harassment
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Discrimination
  • Health/Safety/Environment
  • Theft
  • Dishonest or unethical behaviour
  • Fraud or other type of criminal behaviour
  • Breach of MAS’ Code of Conduct
